At Cragwood we have two AA rosette. All of our food is freshly made on site and seasonality is key. Head Chef, Calvin Harrison is well respected in our hotel and is a great leader. Our staff enjoy working with him and he has helped people develop from Commis Chef up to the top.

Housekeeping Assistant
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our award-winning team. Housekeeping Assistants are an integral part of the business and must be passionate about hospitality and delivering first-class service to our guests.
The role of Housekeeping Assistant will be to ensure the bedrooms and all public areas are cleaned to the highest possible standard.
The ideal candidate will:-

Front of House Assistant
We are looking for a full time Front of House Assistant to join our happy team. The ideal candidate will be hard working, outgoing, friendly and reliable and someone who gets a real buzz out of looking after our guests.
You will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of food and drink service within our two AA rosette awarded restaurant, bar and lounges.
You will also be required to assist with all the day to day tasks associated with running a busy hotel.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL:
Have experience working in the hotel sector, though this is not essential, as training will be given.
Be an excellent communicator with a warm and welcoming personality and possess a can-do attitude.
Have exceptional attention to detail and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
