Summer (April - September):
£9,030 following church ceremony
£10,430 including civil ceremony

Winter (October - March):
£7,430 following church ceremony
£9,380 including civil ceremony

The above costs are based on 70 guests but can be increased for up to 120 day guests and 200 evening guests. They are all available seven days a week.

Extra guests charged at £109 per person
Additional evening guests charged at £12.50 per person

BOOKING PROCEDURE

If you choose to hold your civil ceremony with us, please note the package does not include the cost of the registrar. To book a civil ceremony at Merewood the booking procedure is as follows.

We would first ask that you check that the hotel has availability on the required date. If the date is available we can provisionally hold this for you for up to fourteen days. You would then need to check that the registrar has availability on the same date and at a time which is suitable to the hotel and yourselves. If this is available you would then make a booking with the registrar and then confirm back with the hotel. At this point the hotel would take a £1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. We would also require you to sign and return a copy of our terms and conditions.
